The Chamber can provide publicity and logistical support for your event.

We will send flyers announcing the program to our 600 member representatives and the 300 additional individuals on our mailing list. We will place ads that you send us in three local newspapers on the days that you indicate prior to the event.

We will arrange lodging for your group in the same hotel as will be used for the event, and can arrange airport transportation for arrival and departure.

We will arrange a place for the event, along with coffee breaks, lunch, equipment and any additional support that you might require (e.g. interpreters). We will be there the day of the event to ensure that everything you need is in place and to coordinate last-minute requirements.

We will take reservations and collect fees from the attendees at the Chamber prior to the event and at the site the day of the event. We will pay the bills out of revenues from the event insofar as the revenues can cover them. If revenues do not cover all costs, a bill will be provided for the balance. A full accounting of costs and revenues will be provided fifteen days after the event with a check for the remainder, if any.

The Chamber charges include e-mailing the announcements and providing local logistic support only. All other costs are the responsibility of the contracting organization.
