Responsible for encouraging and helping members develop CSR programs; Develops the annual AmCham CSR awards.

Responsible for any subject related to the Environment.
Hydrocarbons
Monitors and informs the AmCham membership on issues and developments in the fossil fuels sector.
Information Technology
Reviews and monitors IT issues and developments that could be of benefit to AmCham Members; prepares reports and surveys on the use of information technology to enhance business productivity; recommends speakers and organizes IT seminars.
Legislation & Taxation
Monitors and informs on significant developments in the area of US and Panamanian taxation, both individual and corporate; alerts the members on other related legislation of interest to businesses; advises the Board on the formulation of policy concerning legal issues.

Focuses on development of leadership, management and training within member companies.
Real Estate
Studies and monitors the real estate market and provides information of use to both members of the sector and individuals entering the real estate market in Panama.
Social
Develops activities for the members that encourage networking and camaraderie among the membership.
Tourism
Responsible for developing programs and promoting activities in tourism. Provides liaison between AmCham and other tourism related organizations in Panama.
Trade & Investment
Monitors reciprocal trade and investment relations with US Chambers and trade organizations, in the region, develops marketing strategies to promote sale of US products and services to panama and promotes free trade and free trade agreements. Supports and promotes successful conclusion of the Trade Promotion Agreement between Panama and the US.
Transportation & Logistics
Monitors international transport and logistics issues and Trade Facilitation processes for the Chamber and its members.

Provides editorial guidance for AmCham's Business Panama magazine. Actively recruits submission of articles for publication among the membership. Develops programs for the magazine and other AmCham publications. Committee membership by invitation only.

Reviews Staff operations and procedures and recommends changes in human resources and procedural practices of the Chamber. Committee membership by invitation only.
